asbestos inventory:
an asbestos inventory survey took place on the property in 2021. this survey showed that the wainscot of the dormer approximately 4 m² of asbestos was observed and an asbestos-suspected gable stove in the kitchen. otherwise, no asbestos-containing materials were observed in the existing home. there is an offer for removal of the asbestos found for €. 1295,- ex vat. the barns with corrugated sheets suspected of containing asbestos fall outside the study area.
flora and fauna survey:
a quickscan under the nature protection act species was carried out by environmental consultancy ecoreest from zuidwolde. after this, a further study was carried out by the company jm laatvliegers bv from gorredijk. from both studies it was concluded that demolition and new construction is allowed under the nature conservation act. both complete reports are available for inspection at the broker's office and will be transferred to the eventual buyer.
soil survey:
a soil survey has been carried out by ecoreest environmental consultancy from zuidwolde. conclusion of this survey reads:
"given the nature and concentrations of the parameters detected in relation to the destination
(living with garden) of the terrain, we conclude that increased risks to public health
and/or the environment based on the demonstrated environmental soil quality, are not to be expected.
are to be expected. therefore, the results of the investigation do not require further investigation and are
no environmental hindrance in relation to the (living with garden) zoning of the site."

sound:
a geotechnical investigation has been conducted for the purpose of proposed new construction by the firm wiertsema & partners of tolbert. the complete probing report is available for review at the broker's office and will be turned over to the ultimate buyer.
